Machining Capabilities
60+ machines under one roof in Dongguan — from Mazak 5-axis machining centers to Sodick wire EDM and ZEISS metrology.
Prototype in 2–7 working days
Batch lead time 8–15 days
Processes
Each process is run by a dedicated cell with its own process cards — not one generalist doing everything.
5-Axis CNC Milling
Mazak 5-axis machining centers for complex geometries in fewer setups — better datum control, fewer tolerance stacks. Okuma, Makino and Brother machining centers for 3-axis work.
CNC & Swiss-Type Turning
Turning-milling centers for complex rotational parts; CNC lathes for shafts, bushings and valve cores. Small-diameter, high-precision work in stainless, titanium and copper alloys.
Wire & Sinker EDM
Sodick and GF+ slow-wire EDM for burr-free precision on hardened materials and sharp internal corners — often the right answer for Invar and Kovar thin sections where cutting forces cause distortion.
Surface, OD & Jig Grinding
For the last few microns: flatness and parallelism on datum faces, roundness on precision bores, and finish surfaces below Ra 0.4 µm.
Surface Treatment Coordination
Anodizing (Type II/III), electroless nickel, passivation, black oxide, heat treatment and laser marking through audited local partners — coordinated so post-treatment growth is accounted for in machining.
Sub-Assembly & Kitting
Press-fit assemblies, pinned and fastened sub-assemblies, and export-ready kitting. One PO, one shipment, one accountability point.
Materials we machine
| Family | Grades |
|---|---|
| Low-expansion alloys | Invar 36 (4J36 / ASTM F1684), Super-Invar on request |
| Glass-sealing alloys | Kovar (4J29 / ASTM F15) |
| Stainless steel | SUS303, 304, 316/316L, 420, 420F, 17-4PH |
| Titanium | Ti-6Al-4V (TC4 / Grade 5), commercially pure Grade 2 |
| Copper alloys | Brass C3604/H59, CuZn39Pb2, silicon bronze, tin bronze, beryllium copper, aluminum bronze |
| Aluminum | 2017, 5052, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075 |
| Engineering plastics | PEEK, PEI (Ultem), PPS, PTFE, POM, Nylon, PMMA, PVDF |
| Tool steel | SKD11, D2, 1.2379 — with full heat-treatment coordination |
Quality & inspection
Quality is a sequence, not a final gate.
IQC — Incoming
Mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) verified on arrival; composition and hardness checks on critical alloys like Invar and Kovar.
IPQC — In-process
First-article inspection per setup, scheduled in-process checks, and process cards that specify tooling, speeds and inspection points per operation.
FQC — Final
Full dimensional verification on ZEISS CMM at 20 °C. Reports ship with the parts on every export order — you should never have to ask.
