Precision machining of the alloys
most shops won’t touch.
GuKen Precision specializes in difficult-to-machine materials — Invar 36, Kovar, titanium and high-performance plastics — holding ±0.002 mm on production parts — verified on ZEISS CMM and documented with FAI reports.
Materials we specialize in
We built our reputation on materials that require process control most general machine shops don’t have — low-expansion alloys, titanium, and engineering plastics.
Invar 36 (4J36 / ASTM F1684)
Fe-36%Ni alloy with near-zero thermal expansion. Semiconductor metrology frames, optical mounts, laser housings and composite tooling — machined with drift-control process we developed in-house.
Kovar (4J29 / ASTM F15)
Fe-Ni-Co alloy matched to borosilicate glass and ceramics. Hermetic housings, RF/microwave packages, photonics bases and glass-to-metal seal components.
Ti-6Al-4V, PEEK, PEI, PPS
Aerospace and medical-grade materials machined with controlled heat management — from titanium structural parts to dimensionally stable PEEK insulators.
Why buyers choose GuKen
Four things, verified on every order.
ZEISS-verified quality
Every dimension on your drawing is measured on a ZEISS CMM. FAI dimensional reports (GD&T per drawing) ship with every lot — not on request.
1-hour RFQ response
Send a drawing during business hours and you’ll hear from an engineer within one hour, with a quotation typically within 24 hours.
Process control, not luck
IQC on incoming material, IPQC during production, FQC before shipping. Stress-relief annealing between roughing and finishing; thermal soak before final CMM.
Direct from the factory
60+ CNC machines under one roof in Dongguan — no trading-company markup, and engineering talks directly with the people cutting your parts.
Industries served
Our parts are working inside equipment in these fields today.
Semiconductor & metrology
Invar 36 frames and stages, alignment fixtures, vacuum-compatible components for metrology and lithography-adjacent equipment.
Photonics & optics
Kovar and Invar optical mounts, lens barrels, laser housings where thermal stability defines performance.
Medical devices
Sensor housings and instrument components machined from titanium and stainless, with full traceability.
Fluid & hydraulics
Valve seats, cores and stems in stainless and copper alloys, pressure-tested before shipment.
Communications
Cavity filters, RF housings and structural components in aluminum and copper alloys.
Automation & robotics
Precision fixtures, jigs and motion components holding geometry across temperature cycles.
From drawing to delivery
A predictable process — you always know where your order is.
1 · RFQ
Upload STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF. Engineer responds within 1 business hour.
2 · DFM & quote
We flag manufacturability risks and return a firm quotation, typically within 24 hours.
3 · Machining & inspection
2–7 working days for prototypes. IPQC during production, FQC on ZEISS CMM before packing.
4 · Ship with reports
FAI dimensional report, mill test certificate (EN 10204 3.1) and packing photos ship with every export order.
