Precision Machined Components

Precision Machined Components

Eight component families, one production floor. Every part is machined to drawing, inspected against GD&T, and shipped with an FAI dimensional report and mill test certificate.

Component families

We build to customer drawings. The families below are the ones we run most often — send a drawing in any of them and an engineer will confirm feasibility within one business hour.

RF & microwave

Cavity filters & RF housings

Filter cavities, waveguide transitions, shielding cans and lids, tuner hardware. Machined in 6061-T6, C110 copper and Invar 36 where CTE match matters. Flatness to 0.01 mm; silver or electroless-nickel plating coordinated.

Optics & photonics

Lens barrels & optical mounts

Threaded lens barrels, retaining rings, kinematic mirror mounts, camera housings and sensor spacers. Black-anodized low-reflection finishes; bore-to-thread concentricity held to 0.01 mm TIR.

Semiconductor

Invar 36 metrology frames

Stages, spacer blocks, alignment brackets and vacuum-compatible fixtures in Invar 36. Roughing and finishing separated by stress-relief annealing; final CMM at 20 °C.

Medical

Sensor housings & instrument bodies

Housings, bodies and internal frames in 316L, 17-4PH and Ti-6Al-4V. Passivation and electropolish coordinated; lot traceability with mill certs retained for five years.

Fluid power

Valve spools, seats & stems

Spool-to-bore clearance held to 0.005 mm; seat angles and sealing faces lapped. Stainless, brass and bronze; pressure-tested before shipment on request.

UAV & aerospace (civil)

Airframe brackets & gimbal housings

7075-T6 and TC4 structural parts, motor mounts, gimbal yokes and landing-gear fittings. Thin-wall sections machined with fixture support to avoid chatter and distortion.

Automation

Fixtures, jigs & end-effector plates

Precision fixture plates, locating pins, end-effector mounting plates and linear-motion brackets. Hole-position tolerance ±0.01 mm; datum scheme agreed at DFM stage.

Audio & instrument

Chassis, front panels & heat sinks

High-end audio chassis, brushed front panels, heat sinks and knob assemblies in 6061/5052. Anodizing, brushing, laser engraving and silk-screen printing in one routing.

OEM / ODM

Sub-assemblies, delivered ready

Multi-part assemblies with controlled fits, hardware installed and functional checks recorded — so your line receives one part number instead of eight.

Typical specifications

Numbers we can hold in production, not one-off lab results.
